We'll be posting pictures here later. But, for now, it's more about the plea.
Plea for Sharing
We are not employing a professional photographer to take pictures of our wedding. Instead, we are using Glenn's talented son-in-law and depending on the kindness of friends. We hope that our friends will all be bringing cameras to the wedding and reception.
WE WANT YOUR PICTURES!!!!!!!!
Okay, we don't want to take them away from you. We just want to get a copy of them. Glenn will have his laptop a the reception and brunch. We'd love it if, before you leave, you'd pull your SD card from your camera and copy the files to his laptop.
William Heaton
William is Glenn's son-in-law, married to Samantha. He's got this kick-ass Canon digital SLR and he's agreed to take pictures of the wedding. William will be the primary photographer, but we're counting on lots of shots from everyone else to tell the entire story.
Oh yes, we're also looking for a talented camera hound to wield Glenn's SX30. It's not in the same class as Williams digital SLR, but it takes very high quality pics and we're trying to find someone that will be the primary backup to William. Below is a picture of Samantha and William on their wedding night. Next to Sam is her sister, Maggie.
Post Wedding
Our plan is to take all the pictures from William and all our friends and post them on this blog. Yes, that will probably be a few weeks afterwards, but why not?
